Derek is a Tucson native who developed a passion for fixing things at a young age. He enjoyed taking apart electronics, household appliances, and cars, figuring out how they worked, and putting them back together.

Derek holds commercial and residential contractor licenses through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and has NATE certifications. He has worked as an HVAC service technician since 2017 and takes great pride in his work.

Derek is passionate about providing a positive customer experience and ensuring every customer is satisfied with the service they receive. He is committed to delivering reliable, personalized heating and cooling solutions for homes and businesses.

Outside of work, Derek is a family man who enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones. He especially enjoys spontaneous family road trips and working on his trucks.

Susy is the office manager at American Affordable Air, overseeing a team committed to providing excellent customer service and professional support. With a strong background in customer service and office management, she helps ensure that every customer interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Outside the office, Susy enjoys traveling with her family and trying new recipes in the kitchen.

Magdalena is the accounting manager at American Affordable Air. She was born and raised in Agua Prieta, Mexico, and moved to Tucson at the age of 15. She is a graduate of Pueblo High School.

Magdalena is married and has one son, Johnny, who is a CPA and lives in Nashville, Tennessee. She was a military spouse for many years while her husband, John, served 21 years in the United States Marine Corps. During that time, she had the opportunity to live in many places across the United States.

In her free time, Magdalena enjoys expressing her creativity through jigsaw puzzles, baking, trying new recipes, and arts and crafts.
