Derek is a native of Tucson, AZ. At a young age Derek knew he liked fixing anything he could get his hands on. He loved taking apart electronics, house appliances, and cars, fixing them and putting them back together.

Derek holds his Commercial and Residential Contractors License with the Arizona State Licence Board and NATE certifications.

Mr. Lopez has worked as an HVAC service technician since 2017 and takes great pride in the work he does.  He is passionate about delivering positive experiences to his customers and ensuring they are happy with his service.

Derek is a family man and enjoys spending quality time with his family. One of his favorite things to do is spontaneous family road trips. He also really enjoys working on his trucks.

Susie is the office manager at American Affordable Air, overseeing a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer, technical, and professional service. With an extensive professional background in customer service and office management, she will ensure every interaction exceeds your expectations.

When not in the office, you can find Susy traveling with her family or trying a new recipe in the kitchen.

Magdalena is the accounting manager at American Affordable Air. She was born and raised in Agua Prieta, MX and moved to Tucson when she was 15 and is a graduate of Pueblo HS.

She is married and has one son, Johnny, who is a CPA and lives in Nashville, TN. Mrs. Wilson was a military spouse for many years with her husband, John, serving 21 years in the United States Marine Corps and has lived in many places across the United States.

In her free time, Magda enjoys being creative. Whether it's jigsaw puzzles, baking, cooking new recipes or arts and crafts, that's where you'll find her.
